The Beadery Craft Products, but packed under the Toner Plastics Co. brand name (same company) USA
Kit was designed for group parties and classrooms.
Vintage no longer sold, NEW kit 85308, MAKES 12  ICY BLUE SNOWFLAKES, plastic crystal beaded drop ornaments accented with BLUE colored beads.
No special tools needed for completion, cut the wire with nail clippers and bend in the sharp ends with a pencil eraser.
Finished size  is not listed on the package.
Please note, it was very difficult to photograph through the plastic bag, hard to reduce the glare of the plastic.
